Ode buys Casper Studios to expand enterprise AI implementation

Ode, working with Anthropic, announced its acquisition of Casper Studios in August. Its announcement described Casper’s work with Claude through skills, connectors and organizational context. The deal followed The Information’s reporting on Anthropic’s enterprise deployment venture.

The work addresses obstacles that model capability alone cannot remove. A system may understand an invoice yet lack the authoritative customer record, approval rights or rule governing an exception.

The commercial question is how much of that implementation can be reused. Shared connectors and evaluation systems can support many customers; bespoke integrations continue to require organization-specific work.
